If the London Market is to retain the intellectual and financial capital needed to be the market of choice for solving complex risk transfer issues, then it urgently needs to increase the flow of young talent (aged 18-24) into the market.

So we're calling on:

Students' Unions and Associations to pass Policy calling out the insurance industry for their climate failures.
2.
Universities to swap their insurance providers away from the worst offenders.
3.
Universities to stop promoting careers at insurance providers who insurance fossil fuels.
